For 26 years I ran the athletics program at Medan Jacaranda Swimming Club in Medan. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

What gifts mean to Coach Joko: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
