Coach John
Athletics and fitness coach, Edinburgh
- 🇬🇧 Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
- Bayview Community Club
- Since 1999
- English
I've coached athletics at Bayview Community Club since 1999. Most of my players were between 12 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach John: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
