For ten years I've run the netball program at Newcastle upon Tyne Cedar Grove Youth Club in Newcastle upon Tyne. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
