Coach Joaquín
Swimming coach, Tlaquepaque Redwood Athletic Club
- 🇲🇽 Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico
- Tlaquepaque Redwood Athletic Club
- Since 1982
- Spanish
I've coached swimming at Tlaquepaque Redwood Athletic Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 10 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
What gifts mean to Coach Joaquín: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
