Coach Jing

Youth chess coach and mentor

  • 🇺🇸 Seattle, Washington, United States
  • Seattle Unity Youth Club
  • 2003 to 2014
  • English, Mandarin
I coached chess at Seattle Unity Youth Club from 2003 to 2014. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Coach Jing

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
