Coach Ji-yeon
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇰🇷 Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea
- Gangnam Sports Club
- 2006 to 2018
- Korean
I coached chess at Gangnam Sports Club from 2006 to 2018. Most of my players were between 12 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

What gifts mean to Coach Ji-yeon: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
