Coach Jewel
Coached basketball for 25 years in Pune
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Sports Club
- 1994 to 2019
- English
I coached basketball at Pune Sports Club from 1994 to 2019. Most of my players were between 10 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Coach Jewel
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Jewel: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
