Coach Jayden
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 Flint, Michigan, United States
- Flint Boxing Gym
- Since 2010
- English
I've coached athletics at Flint Boxing Gym since 2010. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Jayden: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
