I've coached cycling at Dhaka Jacaranda Athletic Club since 2018. Most of my players were between 9 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Jannat
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Jannat: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
