For 36 years I ran the wrestling program at Cape Coast Eastgate Sports Club in Cape Coast. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
More about Coach Janet
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Janet: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
