For 17 years I've run the netball program at Queensway Athletic Club in Seoul. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Jae-won
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Jae-won: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
