Coach Iván
Rowing coach, Northside Football Club
- 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
- Northside Football Club
- 1996 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I coached rowing at Northside Football Club from 1996 to 2019. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Coach Iván
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Iván: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
