Coach Ismael
Football coach, Unity Sports Club
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Unity Sports Club
- Since 1987
- English, Filipino
For 39 years I've run the football program at Unity Sports Club in Los Angeles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
