For 13 years I've run the cycling program at Liverpool Parkside Swimming Club in Liverpool. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
