Coach Ishrat
Gymnastics coach, Leeds Athletic Club
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Leeds Athletic Club
- Since 2015
- English, Bengali, French
For eleven years I've run the gymnastics program at Leeds Athletic Club in Leeds. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Ishrat: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
