I've coached dance at Mumbai Youth Club since 1979. Most of my players were between 9 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
