Coach Isha
Cross country coach, Northside Athletic Club
- 🇮🇳 Nagpur, Maharashtra, India
- Since 1979
- English, Marathi
I'm a cross country coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 2,260 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Coach Isha
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Isha: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
