For 25 years I ran the wrestling program at San Jose Swimming Club in San Jose. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Isaac
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Isaac: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
