Coach Irene
Softball and fitness coach, Tema
- 🇬🇭 Tema, Greater Accra, Ghana
- Tema Youth Club
- 2010 to 2021
- English
I coached softball at Tema Youth Club from 2010 to 2021. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Coach Irene
If you played for me, you probably remember the end-of-term party.
What gifts mean to Coach Irene: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
