Coach Irene
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇪🇸 Móstoles, Madrid, Spain
- Móstoles Bamboo Athletic Club
- 2005 to 2021
- Spanish
For 16 years I ran the athletics program at Móstoles Bamboo Athletic Club in Móstoles. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never once raised my voice.
Thank you for stopping by.

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
