Coach Iqra
Youth wrestling coach and mentor
- 🇵🇰 Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan
- Lahore Athletic Club
- 2014 to 2025
- English, Urdu
For eleven years I ran the wrestling program at Lahore Athletic Club in Lahore. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Coach Iqra
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Iqra: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
