Coach Imran

Youth wrestling coach and mentor

  • 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
  • Pretoria Sunrise Swimming Club
  • Since 2002
  • English, Afrikaans
For 24 years I've run the wrestling program at Pretoria Sunrise Swimming Club in Pretoria. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

More about Coach Imran

Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
