For 36 years I've run the cricket program at Zaria Football Club in Zaria. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. My door was open at lunch.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
