For 30 years I ran the cross country program at Ciudad de México Sports Club in Ciudad de México. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.

What gifts mean to Coach Ignacio: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
