Coach Ifeoma

Youth rowing coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Abuja, Abuja FCT, Nigeria
  • Sunrise Athletic Club
  • 1995 to 2018
  • English, Yoruba
For 23 years I ran the rowing program at Sunrise Athletic Club in Abuja. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather. My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.

More about Coach Ifeoma

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Ifeoma: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
