Coach Ifeanyi
Coached cycling for 35 years in Ikeja
- 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ikeja Football Club
- 1989 to 2024
- English, Yoruba
For 35 years I ran the cycling program at Ikeja Football Club in Ikeja. We trained 3 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
More about Coach Ifeanyi
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Ifeanyi: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
