Coach Ifeanyi

Youth gymnastics coach and mentor

  • 🇳🇬 Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria
  • 1982 to 2011
  • English
I coached gymnastics at Highland Swimming Club from 1982 to 2011. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life. Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.

What gifts mean to Coach Ifeanyi: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
