Coach Idowu
Youth cycling coach and mentor
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- 1998 to 2020
- English, Igbo
For 22 years I ran the cycling program at Lagos Athletic Club in Lagos. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.

You coached me in 1998. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Scranton.
