Coach Ida
Martial arts and fitness coach, Regensburg
- 🇩🇪 Regensburg, Bavaria, Germany
- Regensburg Youth Club
- Since 1993
- German
For 33 years I've run the martial arts program at Regensburg Youth Club in Regensburg. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I watch every football match going.
I'm still learning every day.
