I coached softball at Santa Fe Football Club from 2005 to 2018. Most of my players were between 8 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Hugo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Hugo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
