Coach Hridoy
Youth swimming coach and mentor
- 🇧🇩 Sylhet, Sylhet, Bangladesh
- Central Boxing Gym
- Since 1998
- English
I've coached swimming at Central Boxing Gym since 1998. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Hridoy
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Coach Hridoy: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
