Coach Hitesh
Cross country coach, Pune Youth Club
- 🇮🇳 Pune, Maharashtra, India
- Pune Youth Club
- 1980 to 1997
- English
I coached cross country at Pune Youth Club from 1980 to 1997. Most of my players were between 11 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
I'm still learning every day.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Hitesh: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 1985. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Nagpur.
