I've coached badminton at Elmwood Boxing Gym since 1990. Most of my players were between 10 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer.
More about Coach Hiền
If you played for me, you probably remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
What gifts mean to Coach Hiền: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
