Coach Hetal
Coached chess for 44 years in Thane
- 🇮🇳 Thane, Maharashtra, India
- Thane Youth Club
- Since 1982
- English, Gujarati
I've coached chess at Thane Youth Club since 1982. Most of my players were between 12 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
More about Coach Hetal
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
What gifts mean to Coach Hetal: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.
