I coached dance at Quezon City Trinity Community Club from 1992 to 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I wrote a short note to every student at the end of term.
