Coach Hendrik
Youth baseball coach and mentor
- 🇿🇦 George, Western Cape, South Africa
- Since 2011
- English, Zulu
I've coached baseball at George Youth Club since 2011. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
Sports or skills coached
What gifts mean to Coach Hendrik: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
