Coach Hellen
Martial arts and fitness coach, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Athletic Club
- Since 1985
- English, Swahili
I've coached martial arts at Nairobi Athletic Club since 1985. Most of my players were between 11 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
