I'm a football coach. I never went pro, but I got to see 490 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
What gifts mean to Coach Heike: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
