Coach Héctor
Volleyball and fitness coach, Cincinnati
- 🇺🇸 Cincinnati, Ohio, United States
- Cincinnati Athletic Club
- 1989 to 2005
- English, Spanish
For 16 years I ran the volleyball program at Cincinnati Athletic Club in Cincinnati. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Coach Héctor: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
