Coach Halima
Coached boxing for 14 years in Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Baobab Sports Club
- 1996 to 2010
- English, Igbo
I coached boxing at Lagos Baobab Sports Club from 1996 to 2010. Most of my players were between 10 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I always had a bag of oranges in my drawer.
Thank you for stopping by.
What gifts mean to Coach Halima: Anything sent will buy equipment for the junior team.

you coached me in 2022. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from Khon Kaen.
