Coach Hae-won
Youth athletics coach and mentor
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea
- Bamboo Swimming Club
- Since 1998
- Korean
For 28 years I've run the athletics program at Bamboo Swimming Club in Seoul. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I run most mornings.

What gifts mean to Coach Hae-won: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.

You coached me in 2017. I still hear your voice on the sideline. Greetings from İzmir.
