Coach Guo
Youth chess coach and mentor
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Kingsway Boxing Gym
- 1994 to 2015
- English, Mandarin
I coached chess at Kingsway Boxing Gym from 1994 to 2015. Most of my players were between 12 and 14, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Coach Guo
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
