Coach Gunawan
Youth cricket coach and mentor
- 🇮🇩 Makassar, South Sulawesi, Indonesia
- Makassar Acacia Community Club
- Since 2008
- English, Indonesian
For 18 years I've run the cricket program at Makassar Acacia Community Club in Makassar. We trained 5 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.

What gifts mean to Coach Gunawan: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
