Coach Gül
Swimming and fitness coach, Istanbul
- 🇹🇷 Istanbul, Istanbul, Türkiye
- Istanbul Football Club
- Since 1984
- English, Turkish
I've coached swimming at Istanbul Football Club since 1984. Most of my players were between 9 and 17, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I garden badly but happily.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Coach Gül
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
What gifts mean to Coach Gül: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
