I'm a rowing coach. I never went pro, but I get to see 1,480 kids fall in love with the game.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never raise my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Coach Guilherme
If you played for me, you probably remember the long bus ride home.
What gifts mean to Coach Guilherme: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
