Coach Gugu
Cycling coach, Soweto Jacaranda Football Club
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- 2000 to 2019
- English
I coached cycling at Soweto Jacaranda Football Club from 2000 to 2019. Most of my players were between 12 and 15, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I walk the dog by the river.
More about Coach Gugu
If you played for me, you probably remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly.
What gifts mean to Coach Gugu: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
