I've coached cross country at Syracuse Cedar Grove Sports Club since 1980. Most of my players were between 11 and 16, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

What gifts mean to Coach Grayson: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
