Coach Grace
Cross country and fitness coach, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Community Club
- 1984 to 2006
- English, Swahili
For 22 years I ran the cross country program at Nairobi Community Club in Nairobi. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I bake for the whole street at New Year.

I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to Coach Grace: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
