Coach Gopal
Wrestling coach, Hubballi Youth Club
- 🇮🇳 Hubballi, Karnataka, India
- 1984 to 2003
- English, Malayalam
For 19 years I ran the wrestling program at Hubballi Youth Club in Hubballi. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learned every name in the first week.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
