Coach Gonzalo
Rugby coach, San Diego Boxing Gym
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- San Diego Boxing Gym
- Since 1995
- English, Spanish, French
I've coached rugby at San Diego Boxing Gym since 1995. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I sing in a choir.
More about Coach Gonzalo
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.

What gifts mean to Coach Gonzalo: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.

Thanks for picking me when I was the slowest kid on the team. Greetings from Dwarka.
